The Sheet List is a page that inventories all of the drawings that are contained within the set. When starting a project it is critical to run the Speed Bumb - Sheet List Matrix exercise to determine what the contents of your project will be by phase. We do not place any sheets not created by Davignon Martin on the schedule.
The Sheet List contains three columns:
Revision Number, specific to a project.
Sheet Number
Sheet Name
The Sheet List only contains drawings produced by Davignon Martin. No consultant sheets are on the list, as they are expected to use their own titleblock and provide a sheet list for their set(s) of drawings. It should also only show the sheets in the package that you are preparing: that means that if you are preparing multiple packages at the same time that you will need to hide the sheets not applicable.

Sheet Schedule
Default Schedule is Sorted by Discipline
For projects with multiple buildings, you will create multiple copies of the schedule that filter by building number.
DM_Applicable_Building_ArrayThis is a custom parameter (loaded from Cloud Parameters) that is used for schedule filtering.
Production Workflow:
A Revit sheet is setup using the sheet list found in Content Catalog or the Revit Base Template.
