We should always define our goals and for architectural sets, those goals are defined as packages. A package contains specific drawings at a certain state, catered to a specific audience. A package at its core; is a deliverable that will enable you to coordinate and accomplish a milestone on route to completing your project.
Sometimes, the content of one package will partially compose another one, other times the packages are composed of distinct parts. What is typically consistent within an architectural project i the order in which you develop the packages, which can be correlated to project phases - these phases contain more accurate estimates of the amount of effort that goes into a project.
