Concrete needs to be modelled 100% separately. Walls that are part concrete should be modelled in two parts; i.e. a basement wall that is framed on the inside would be modelled as one concrete wall that is placed adjacent another wall that contains the studs, air space and GWB. Best practice would be to use a common location line between these walls so that changes in the assembly do not cause major rework.
