Documentation for precast stairs and landing, details for how they are built. Key criteria is:
Every step has a riser height of 7.25"
Last step has a riser height of 10.25" so that the sidewalk can abut it.
Maximum of 7 risers including landing can be made into a single precast unit.
A precast unit can have zero "skirts" or have up to 3 "skirts". These are sides, also made of precast concrete that hide the underside of the stairs/landing.
The precast unit always sits on a support, either a support angle, a wall, or a pile.
