PCD 90%

Contextual Details

You are in the PCD 90% drawing phase - make sure you have completed all of the other architectural drawings in your set before proceeding to the contextual details.
You will be setting up your  ⁠⁠A600 - Plan Details⁠  and  ⁠⁠A700 - Section Details⁠  you can see specifics for each of those sheets in the sheet standards. This guide covers how to set up and complete the details in Revit.
    Open your Architectural Revit model after confirming you good to go for documenting.
    Check that you have Symbol (Generic Annotation) called:DM-Annotation_Note_Schedule. Insert if from Content Catalog if you don’t.
    Check that you have the linestyles for WRB and VB.
    The following annotation is to be done per view and does not grouped in any way:
    Draw the line of the Weather Resistive Barrier
    Draw the line of the Vapour Retarder
    Place the Notation Symbol directly on the details to reference the items visible in the detail.
    Tag the following items
    Construction Assemblies: Wall Tags, Floor Tags, Ceiling Tags, Roof Tags & Roof Soffit Tags
    Window Tags
    Door Tags
    Note any of the following in DM_Text_Subtitle
    Exterior, Interior, Attic, Crawlspace
    Balcony, Patio or Terrace
    Venting / Air Flow Path for Soffits / Roofs or Attics
    Note any of the following in DM_Text
    Building Code References
    Specific Notes
    Coordination Elements, ie Steel Beam. Refer to Structural, Exhaust Vent. Refer to Mechanical
